Oh Noooooo! It's Mr. Bill!

I saw this toy at BJ's Warehouse and just had to pick it up for Cody. It's way cute, and it screams "Oh, noooooo!" every time she gives him a good squeeze. Oh, yes, Cody loves Mr. Bill.
